How does sleep play an important role in being productive?

Being productive can keep you so busy that you may be neglecting other aspects of your life. For instance, many people will forget to devote time to rest and prioritize their work instead.   5. Be sure to test your sleeping pad by lying down and sliding your hand into the space of your back. If your hand slides in easily, your bedding is excessively firm, and if it is difficult to slide your hand in, then the mattress is too soft.
  6. The mattress should have a breathable surface to reduce any nighttime sweats. 
  7. Depending on your bed frame, your mattress will need to match in size. The space between the sleeping pad and the edge of the bed should be 10–15 mm.
  8. Keep in mind that you’ll need to change your mattress every three to four years as a hygienic practice.

3. Combo sleepers

Combination sleepers enjoy hybrid mattresses since they shift sleep positions throughout the night. This type of mattress offers body support in all positions. 

4. Stomach sleepers
